As an E tū member, you have a right to representation in all meetings with the company.
Always ask for a union delegate to be present.
F&P are trying to introduce a ‘union business form’ in order to prevent your delegates being released for union business. They want to limit the rights of union members at work.
E tū disagrees with the use of this form because the company is trying to control how we represent you. There is nothing in the Collective Agreement that provides for this form. It is an attack on your fundamental union rights.
Your union is here for you. Your delegates are here to support and represent you.
