IDEA support workers and admin staff are invited to attend important union meetings this month.
The meetings will receive a report back on the bargaining to date and will be voting on possible strike action.
These are paid meetings for staff rostered to work at this time so please let your manager know in advance so they can arrange cover.
IDEA will release staff to attend but please give notice to your manager that you are attending so cover can be arranged.
