How to access My E tū

My E tū – your access to the union online

E tū’s digital capabilities have taken another leap forward. We are very excited to announce the launch of My E tū, which is the members-only area of our website.

Here you can find your collective agreement, keep up-to-date with campaigns and news from your industry, access a range of union services, update your personal details, and more.

To start, log in to My E tū: https://members.etu.nz/

SET YOUR PASSWORD

The first-time you log into My E tū, you need to click on Forgot Password and set a password.

Enter the email address which you believe is on your membership record.

You must also validate your personal details.

If the email address and details you provide match the ones in our database, we will send a reset message to your email address.

To reset your password, follow the link in the email.


If you know that your record has no email address, or that the email address you first signed up with is no longer accessible, please contact one of our organisers on 0800 186 466.

If successful, you will receive an email within two minutes, as below.

Click Reset Password to set your new password.

It must be at least six characters.

Upon completing the form, you’ll see the message below.

Remember, if you have not received an email it is likely that E tū have been unable to verify your details.

LOG IN

Once you have reset your password, visit https://members.etu.nz/ to log in.

Your default username is your membership number.

Once you’re logged in, you’ll see your welcome dashboard.

Some of the main features on My Dashboard are:

Member Details. Update your preferred email address and phone number, or add a photo to your profile, if you wish.

Your Industry. See which E tū members make up your industry council.

Your Delegates. See a list of current E tū delegates at your worksite. If you do not have a delegate at your worksite, you can hold a delegate nomination to elect one.

E tū Support. Details around how to get in touch with an organiser.

Profile complete. This so E tū can keep in touch with you. When your profile is complete, a message will pop up to show 100% completion.

MY PROFILE

In My Profile, you can update your details, address, and contacts.

Personal: Update your personal and contact information in the Personal tab.

My News: Keep up-to-date with the latest E tū news, or select by industry.

My documents: Access any documents you might need.

If E tū have negotiated a collective employment agreement with your employer, you can view or download in PDF format.

E TŪ CLOTHING

Union clothing: Purchase E tū clothing, or if you are a union delegate, claim your free clothing allowance.

AIL benefits: As an E tū member, you are automatically covered by a $1,500 accidental death and dismemberment benefit.

In addition, the E tū Union Toolbox App is now live on Android + Apple IOS.
