About this course

This course is the first of four core courses in our delegate training programme.

It is run over two days, with each training day taking place around six weeks apart.

What will I learn?

The stage one training covers topics such as:

  • Your role as a delegate
  • Where to find the information you need
  • How to organise in the workplace

It’s also an opportunity to meet fellow delegates – from your own industry and others.

What will I need?

If you are participating in this course online, you’ll need to access to:

  • A device (personal computer, iPad, or mobile phone)*
  • The internet

*This could be your own device or one that you’ve borrowed for the course
